COVID-19 has evolved rapidly in recent months, and scientists have identified senior citizens as the most vulnerable bundle through research. As a result, senior citizens are being mandated to stay at home to prevent the spread or acquisition of the disease, while also struggling mentally due to a lack of socialization. My design thinking project focuses on how to bridge the digital divide among senior citizens and teach them how to use various online platforms so they can better communicate with the rest of the world while also reducing feelings of depression and anxiety.
