How Can We Increase Food Accessibility to People Without IDs or Documentation?

Some people in need aren't benefiting from the food banks and shelters because they have work or other serious commitments during the hours that food is served. Long lines which are a result of less food for people that aren’t at the front (first come, first served) also deter people from seeking assistance that they need. Lost social security cards or lack of documentation also causes people to be denied food from food banks and support from shelters. This must change.
